Fundraising for Prostate Cancer Research UK

I received a terminal prostate cancer diagnosis in June 2024, just a few weeks before Pippa and I were scheduled to get married.

Although the news was heart breaking, the love and support from my now wife, friends, family, and colleagues quickly uplifted me.

Challenge 1 Completed!

A Triathlon a Day for the Month of May.

Complete the sprint triathlon distances of swimming 400m, cycling 20k, and running 5k every day except Sundays (a rest day) throughout May.

Challenge 2: Run a Marathon.

I've signed up for The Yorkshire Marathon in York on October 19th. Friends and family will join me in tackling this significant challenge.
